Business Agent or Representative makes the decision by 4:30 p.m. to cancel a Union meeting. Reasons include: Blizzard like conditions, Interstate travel is not recommended.
Notifying members of cancelation by Local TV stations, and KFAB radio station, message on the answering machine, note on the smwlocal website and BLOG. If the meeting is canceled it will automatically be rescheduled for the following Thursday.
